North Eastern Ontario Family and Children's Services has a mission to work together to promote the well-being and safety of children, youth and families. They offer several services and programs to assist children and their families.

NEOFACS  is a recently amalgamated Children's Services organization providing a broad spectrum of children's mental health and child protection services to children, youth and their families in the District of South Cochrane and area.

There is a wide range of programs and services offered to children, youth and families of this community and area. Our staff are highly skilled and trained to provide these programs and services in a culturally sensitive manner as well in both French and English.
